As the founder of A.C.T.S., I am committed to providing quality mental health services to anyone who is brave enough to start their journey to wholeness. As an individual who has had to overcome childhood trauma and continues to develop while on my own personal growth journey, I believe that every person has the innate ability to reach their fullest potential and make authentic connections.
With over 12 years of experience working in the mental health field, I have learned to utilize a wide range of therapeutic models as opposed to a-one-size-fits-all approach. I offer compassionate, ethical, research-proven counseling strategies in a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and confidential environment.
I received my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, certified to practice counseling in Washington D.C. and Maryland.

Life is a journey not a destination. The path is filled with obstacles, detours, and unexpected storms. Navigating your Healing Journey can be tough. Along the way it is helpful to have support to help you learn and develop new skills to navigate the challenges and help you realize your strength and power within.
My approach is strength-based and collaborative in nature, assisting each individual, with their own uniqueness, in becoming their best self in the midst of the life’s challenges. My clinical experience includes supporting people through stress, anxiety, depression, relational, and other mental and emotional struggles.
I received my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified to practice counseling in Washington D.C. .
